Quality Solutions

Compuware has recently completed the divestiture of its Quality Solutions business to UK-based Micro Focus. Micro Focus plans to move the Quality Solutions business forward, continuing to provide value for current and future customers of both companies. The divestiture agreement included certain distributed quality and testing products, including:

  • Functional Testing (QARun, TestPartner, QADirector)
  • Requirements Management (Reconcile, Optimal Trace)
  • Defect Tracking (TrackRecord)
  • Performance Testing (QALoad)
  • Code Quality (DevPartner product family)

Compuware and Micro Focus have established an ongoing partnership to serve our common customers. The companies will continue to share technology and to collaborate to benefit customers going forward.

Currently, Compuware will continue to offer technical support for Quality Solutions products. A detailed transition plan to Micro Focus is being implemented to ensure uninterrupted support.
