All Compuware mainframe products are equipped with usage collectors that gather actual product-usage metrics. No product modification or software installation is needed. The collection capability is built into the products currently running on your system. Current product maintenance is the only requirement you must meet before beginning to collect usage data. To see a clear picture of your usage, collect data on the appropriate system for a representative period of operation, typically 2-4 weeks.

Analyze batch resources

Actual system usage data from type 30 and 70 SMF records you already archive is formatted into easy-to-read reports detailed by LPAR.
