Integration with Changepoint PSA

Changepoint PSA provides integration options that allow services organizations to leverage investments in existing applications and completely automate their entire enterprise for greater efficiency, cost control and overall business performance.

In addition to third party tools, a number of options and tools are available for integrating with other applications. COM, Web Services, an integrated Export Wizard, and pre-built imports, are all available directly with Changepoint PSA. Changepoint PSA also offers customers a data dictionary, and support for third party and platform-native tools. Changepoint PSA can successfully integrate to Microsoft Great Plains. Changepoint PSA integration options include:

Packaged Integration Toolkits:

A Packaged Integration Toolkit offers customers an out-of-the-box utility providing integration between Changepoint PSA and other popular finance solutions. Currently, a Toolkit is available for integration to Microsoft Great Plains.

File Transfers:

File Transfer is an easy-to-configure integration method that uses Changepoint PSA's flexible import-export capability to export pre-defined ASCII text files for import by other packages.

Changepoint PSA COM API:

The Changepoint PSA API (Application Program Interface) uses a COM interface to integrate Changepoint PSA with a variety of enterprise-level packages. Utilizing Changepoint PSA's exposed functions, API is an add-on toolkit to Changepoint PSA, which can be used by a programmer to create controls incorporating with virtually any system on the market today, including leading financial, CRM, ERP and HR solutions, to name a few.

Changepoint PSA Web Services:

The Web Service interface for the Changepoint PSA COM API, built using the Microsoft .Net Framework offers a less complex and less costly alternative for integrating Changepoint PSA with other applications. This Changepoint PSA integration option allows the COM API interface to be implemented as a web method to provide enhanced integration capabilities.

Changepoint PSA has been successfully integrated to a wide variety of third-party systems including most major financial packages.
