The Executive Scorecard provides IT executives with a pass/fail grading system for key operations performance indicators. It allows IT executives to set organizational goals for service delivery and infrastructure health factors, while also serving as a performance barometer for how the organization is doing against established goals/service levels. The report summarizes goals for a given day, week or month and can be delivered via e-mail or web portal.

Vantage continuously captures detailed point-in-time diagnostic data and creates application troubleshooting reports whenever a transaction exceeds a performance threshold. It initiates a transaction communication trace, analyzing the data and creating a report if the service-level threshold is exceeded.

The Enterprise Event Management functionality provides extensive correlation and suppression capabilities across Vantage monitoring products—ClientVantage, NetworkVantage and ServerVantage—to help you stay on top of service alerts.
