Compuware and its partners across the globe provide customers with innovative and comprehensive solutions that meet today's evolving business needs. The goal of our partner program is two-fold: to assist partners in growing their business with Compuware Solutions; and to meet customer requirements through the expertise of a diverse partner base.
Compuware's Solutions Partner Program is based on partnerships with the top technology firms, consultants, systems integrators, application companies, resellers and distributors. Through partnerships, our product and solution capabilities are extended to ensure successful development and delivery of high-value solutions.
The benefits of joining the Compuware Solutions Partner Program are numerous, and membership is free. Partners who join the program have access to comprehensive services such as our confidential Partner Portal with up-to-date solution information, participation at our annual Partner Summit, solutions training, software support and more. In addition, each partner works with a Compuware Partner Business Development Manager who can assist in identifying and meeting goals.
Partner Types
There are three levels of partnerships in the Compuware Solutions Partner Program, including:
- Business Partners – All Partner organizations who resell, influence sales and/or add value to Compuware solution offerings. Generally, Business Partners are industry or solution focused.
- Global Partners – Larger Partner organizations who receive dedicated Compuware partner management support to develop a selling strategy and work actively with Compuware to market joint solutions together on a global basis. Global Partners who are testing service providers have the opportunity to implement Compuware's Test Factory – a comprehensive test management solution that offers a new approach to managing today's outsourced testing services for high profitability and maximum performance.
- 360 Solution Partners – Select Partners who have developed a repeatable solution combining their consulting and delivery expertise or software product with Compuware solutions to fulfill a prevalent customer need.
In addition, Compuware develops various relationships with industry-leading technology firms who become Technology Partners. The goal of these partnerships is to ensure that Compuware products are compatible with industry technologies. This is accomplished through alliance program memberships, early access to new product offerings, beta program involvement and ongoing technology exchanges.
