Borland Together IntegrationYou need to have either Optimal Trace Enterprise or Professional installed in advance of integration and requirements captured and stored as a Optimal Trace project.
Download license key to activate Together Integration module The Optimal Trace-Together integration is the answer to the common disconnect between the business analysts capturing the requirements in Word and the technical team working in Together Solo or ControlCenter. Once installed, the integration enables a new import/export menu option in the core Together environment. Once the requirements are captured in Optimal Trace, projects can be opened within Borland Together by the technical team at the click of a button and all the information and business logic are carried over, ensuring that requirements will be met. On import, the Borland Together integration automatically generates the use case diagram and the UML activity diagram from the requirements document. This native integration means that the link between the two products is seamless, thus giving complete traceability from business requirements through to system design and implementation. The integration also allows you take existing Together models and export them as Optimal Trace projects. Any changes made to the Together model can be subsequently pushed back up into Optimal Trace using a visual merge capability. Full round-tripping and bi-directionality becomes reality meaning that your design and requirements are finally in lockstep.
