Our IT professionals are thoroughly versed in the use of Vantage, Compuware’s premier performance management technology. Vantage is quick and easy to implement, which allows these IT professionals to focus on the task at handidentifying the source of the performance problem. Understanding the SAP application allows our professionals to target up to five known poorly performing business transactions.

Next, they use Vantage to pinpoint whether the bottleneck occurs in the client, the network, at the server or the application. Vantage reports are produced for each analyzed transaction to identify where the slowdowns occur. This analysis eliminates any second-guessing, so you can immediately assign the appropriate IT personnel to solve the problem.
