The SAP Support Pack Service by Compuware provides SAP customers with the knowledge to successfully test their SAP support packs.  By analyzing the impact that each support pack will have, we can narrow the testing focus to only those aspects with a direct relationship to your current SAP implementation.  Using a combination of SAP system analysis and test planning tools, our IT professionals can quickly determine how your current SAP system will be affected.  Objects slated for change are associated with their executable processes, including custom transactions.  The implementation team uses this information, along with actual production system usage logs, to detail the risks associated with testing each object.

Using this information, the team develops a comprehensive test plan based upon the key areas identified and the potential impact of these changes to the business.  Using Compuware’s QACenter Enterprise Edition+, the team can identify potential areas of risk and as a result, focus the testing effort, the development of scripts, and the test execution phase in the areas where they will provide the most value to run your SAP application at maximum benefit to your business.

Test assets (test cases and test suites) are created in order to accomplish functional and regression testing, along with results reported within the Compuware QACenter toolset.  The created assets become the property of your organization.
