Not-for-Profit IT Services Organization Hosts Test Factory Implementation of Compuware Application Reliability Solution

GOVERNMENT TECHNOLOGY CONFERENCE SOUTHEAST-ATLANTA--November 15, 2005--Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) today announced a new partnership with the not-for-profit Northwest Regional Data Center (NWRDC) to host the Compuware Application Reliability Solution (CARS). This partnership is intended to bring new and unique application quality services to its member education and government entities in the Southeast U.S. Compuware and NWRDC made this announcement at the Government Technology Conference (GTC) Southeast in Atlanta, the nation’s largest technology conference for state and local government.

NWRDC members will have access to CARS, Compuware’s comprehensive quality management and testing solution. This unique QA offering will initially be deployed in Florida and Georgia for use in state agencies, local government and K-20 educational institutions. The partnership will deliver NWRDC customers the ability to improve their software quality, reliability and performance, while reducing risk and costs.

NWRDC provides information technology services and support through a state-of-the-art data center designed to deliver customer-specific solutions, from hosting and network services to technology training for schools and state agencies. The new, formal relationship with Compuware will allow the NWRDC to greatly expand its range of customer services and foster the organization’s potential growth throughout the Southeastern U.S.
