Compuware Covisint and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Announce Strategic Partnership to Build Michigan Healthcare Portal
All Major Healthcare Participants--Including Patients, Employers, Healthcare Organizations and Physicians--to Benefit From Michigan Blues’ Improved Quality and Efficiency
DETROIT--August 4, 2005--Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) subsidiary Covisint and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) today announced a strategic partnership to deliver a statewide healthcare portal in Michigan. The portal will enable healthcare professionals, groups, agents and members to improve the automation of routine business practices and shared access to information over the Internet.
