Compuware to Host Conference Call; Discuss IBM Settlement

DETROIT--March 22, 2005--Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) will today host a conference call to discuss its signing of a software, services and technology relationship with IBM and the settlement of all outstanding litigation between the enterprises. As a result of this agreement, IBM will license $140 million of Compuware software over four years and has offered to purchase $260 million of Compuware services over four years. The agreement between the companies also includes provisions for technical collaboration, cross-patent agreements and the settlement of all outstanding litigation.
