Sun Life Financial implements Changepoint PSA for Canadian IT department
  
IT professionals use Changepoint for enhanced management of IT initiativesTORONTO--January 28, 2003--Changepoint Corporation, a leading provider of web-based professional services automation (PSA) software, today announced that Sun Life Financial has deployed Changepoint to over 1000 IT workers in its Canadian IT organization. Following the May 2002 acquisition of Clarica Life Insurance Company, the new organization needed to rationalize the number of systems it was using to track costs associated with technology services. Changepoint's PSA solution has replaced six systems previously used to manage the IT services process.
