Onyx Software Selects Changepoint for Worldwide Professional Services Organization

Changepoint to provide a single, cohesive solution for measuring and managing operational performance worldwide

TORONTO--December 8, 2003--Changepoint Corporation, a leading provider of business process automation software for services organizations and corporate IT departments, today announced that Onyx Software Corp. has purchased Changepoint to support its worldwide professional services team.

Changepoint will replace an existing PSA system at Onyx to enable its services organization to automate critical business processes around projects, resources and financials within a single, integrated solution. Onyx also plans to integrate to its existing Onyx CRM and financial solutions to gain greater visibility into the business through integrated operational and financial reporting.
