NCR's Professional Services, Customer Services and Engineering Groups go live with Changepoint PSA Software

Global services organization standardizes project and resource management, reporting and billing information on PSA

Toronto, ON--March 18, 2002--Changepoint Corporation, a leading provider of professional services automation (PSA) solutions, today announced that NCR Corporation has completed the global rollout and deployment of Changepoint PSA version 7.0, in English, German, French and Kanji, to its services consultants worldwide.

"Approximately forty-six hundred professionals are live on Changepoint and another twenty-one hundred employees from internal IT and development organizations will go live during Q2, 2002," said Mike Weaver, vice president of Global Professional Services for NCR's Teradata division. "We executed a comprehensive change management plan, including communications and training, that emphasized the tool's capabilities, the required business process changes and the impact to each associate."

Changepoint replaces several different applications that NCR professional services was using to automate workflow around projects and manage service delivery. NCR's consultants will leverage the collaborative environment of Changepoint, initially using it to manage projects and resources, capture time and expenses and generate draft invoices. The next phase of the rollout, spread over the coming months, is focused on training and familiarizing consultants to use the PSA system for knowledge management, reporting, forecasting and business development.
