Compuware Corporation Transitions Engineering Services Business to Kelly Services
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- November 29, 2001 -- Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR) today announced that it has reached an agreement to transition ownership of its engineering services business to Kelly Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: KELYA). This transition offers nearly 400 engineers the opportunity to work for Kelly Services, a company that devotes significant resources to the engineering field. The agreement also allows Compuware to further focus on its core professional services business of building, maintaining, enhancing and supporting mission-critical business systems and applications that improve productivity.
