Compuware Announces New Lifecycle Suite for Accelerating Team Software Development

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- June 19, 2000 -- Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) announced today the availability of NuMega DevPartner Studio 6.5 Enterprise Edition, a new suite that improves developer and development team productivity by accelerating the development of distributed applications. This integrated suite extends Compuware's award-winning DevPartner Studio tools with development lifecycle tools including a new version of TrackRecord and two new products, Reconcile and TestPartner.

Compuware also announced today QACenter E-Business Edition, a suite that shares several technologies with DevPartner Studio Enterprise Edition. These shared features include requirements management, test automation, and change request management. Together, these two suites have been strategically designed to provide the most comprehensive solution options for developers and testers at e-commerce-driven companies--enabling them to improve software reliability and accelerate development.

Users can also synchronize Microsoft Project tasks and resources with TrackRecord, leveraging the planning they have already done.
