Compuware Acquires E-Commerce Services Company
Acquisition of Nomex, Inc. Creates Compuware's Third Digital Development Center
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- May 10, 2000 -- Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) today announced that on Wednesday, May 10, 2000, it completed the acquisition of Nomex, Inc. (Nomex), a privately held provider of web design and development services. The Nomex team, which includes web designers, e-commerce consultants and creative personnel will join Compuware as a result of the acquisition. The first Compuware Digital Development Center is located in Kansas City, Missouri, with another in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The centers provide B2B and B2C e-commerce services ranging from web site strategy, conceptualization, creation and design to back-office architecture, legacy integration and load testing.
