With EcoPROFILER 2.1, Information Technology (IT) professionals can now design and launch applications faster, with less risk and lower deployment costs. New reporting features provide detailed information to help minimize response times for e-commerce, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), remote access, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), e-mail and other applications. These reporting features provide comprehensive analysis capabilities that help minimize response times for increased user satisfaction.

EcoPROFILER 2.1 provides numerous ways to investigate the true issues surrounding response times including analyzing how efficiently the application will run over a WAN, decodes of problem packets, and other methods of analyzing the components of response time delays. Sensitivity charts illustrate the relationships between response time, bandwidth, latency, the number of users and utilization. This allows network planners to see what resources are needed to meet a specific response time goal. Charts and reports are easily exported for external analysis or web publication.
