Compuware Announces Seminar Series on Accelerating Windows 2000 Driver Development*

Speakers from Microsoft, David Solomon Expert Seminars and Compuware Will Discuss the Windows Driver Model and Techniques for Accelerating Driver Development

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- March 6, 2000 -- Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) today announced that it is conducting the first ever seminar series focused on accelerating device driver development for Windows 2000. The seminars will include speakers from Compuware, Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) and David Solomon Expert Seminars (DSES).

Experts from each company will present an in-depth look at Windows 2000, focusing on tools and technologies used to develop reliable device drivers for Windows 2000 using the Windows Driver Model (WDM). This seminar, geared toward practicing device driver developers, provides practical information that driver developers can take back and put to immediate use. The seminar incorporates information about the WDM driver architecture; techniques for accelerating development, tuning and testing; and increasing driver reliability using Microsoft Driver Verifier and NuMega DriverStudio.
