Compuware to Deploy 250 Certified E-Commerce Developers by April 2000

Compuware and ExecuTrain Partner to Train and Certify Professional Services Personnel for E-Commerce Development Projects

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- February 22, 2000 -- Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ:CPWR) announced today that it has reached an agreement with ExecuTrain Corporation (ExecuTrain) to train and certify 250 Compuware Professional Services Division (PSD) personnel as e-commerce developers. Graduates of the intensive three-week training curriculum will earn Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and ProsoftTraining.com (NASDAQ:POSO) Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) Application Developer and Enterprise Developer accreditation. Training classes began in Detroit on February 21 and will soon expand to include personnel in Compuware's Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Columbus, Washington D.C., Denver, Charlotte, Phoenix and Chicago offices. This program is in addition to the already successful Compuware in-house academy, where over 300 employees have been retrained in client/server and web technologies.

Compuware expects to begin placing graduates of the program in e-commerce projects upon their graduation. Additional PSD personnel will be eligible for the ExecuTrain certification program, once Compuware evaluates the success of its first class of graduates.
