Chris O’Malley is CEO of Compuware. With nearly 30 years of IT experience, Chris is deeply committed to leading Compuware’s transformation into the “mainframe software partner for the next 50 years.” Chris’s past positions include CEO of VelociData, CEO of Nimsoft, EVP of CA’s Cloud Products & Solutions and EVP/GM of CA’s Mainframe business unit, where he led the successful transformation of that division.
Joe Aho is CFO of Compuware. He is responsible for Finance, Human Resources and Internal IT. Joe has been with Compuware for 19 years and played an integral role in the sale to Thoma Bravo. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and an MBA from Wayne State University. Joe is a former hockey coach who now enjoys the sporting events of his three daughters.
Pete Harteveld is Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Compuware. With more than 16 years of experience working across sales, operations, strategy and business development roles, Pete’s focus has been identifying and meeting the needs of customers both large and small. Prior to joining Compuware in August of 2014, Pete was a Vice President with CA Technologies and a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting.
Mitzi Hunter joined Compuware in 1984 and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer. Her years of experience in the IT industry span technical support, product development, training, technical writing and marketing for Compuware. Mitzi is inspired by the company’s passion and pride in their products and dedication to their customers. She holds a B.A. in Computational Mathematics from Albion College.
Michael Zinda serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Success. A 30-year veteran of the IT industry, he brings a culture of excellence to his responsibilities for assuring overall client success in all aspects of Compuware’s technologies.
Before joining the Compuware leadership team, Mike was Senior Vice President of development operations for CA Technologies where he was responsible for planning and building CA’s R&D facility in Hyderabad, India along with the Mainframe Center of Excellence in the Czech Republic. Mike has also held several other senior management positions, including positions in the development, technical sales and services organizations.
David Rizzo is Vice President of Product Development at Compuware. He has been with Compuware for more than 19 years. He has been instrumental in determining the technical direction, design, testing, new feature implementation and ongoing maintenance for the Compuware product portfolio.
Sam Knutson is Vice President of Product Management at Compuware. His past positions include Vice President of Product Management for Mainframe Performance Solutions at CA Technologies, System z Team Leader for GEICO and Senior Developer at Landmark Systems. Sam has served on the board of Directors for SHARE, the world’s first and longest-running user computer group, and he is a distinguished member of the mainframe community. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from DeVry Institute of Technology. Sam is an avid trail runner and marathoner.
Kiley LePage serves as the company’s General Counsel and corporate Secretary. With 20 years of experience as a strategic legal executive with Compuware, Kiley oversees the company’s legal affairs, including corporate transactions, litigation, intellectual property, corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions.
