Our Diversity Initiative

Our commitment to community involvement and our environment of inclusiveness have been the cornerstones of Compuware culture since day one.  We continue to build on that foundation through our diversity initiative, Compuware "Voices," which recognizes that all of our key constituencies—employees, customers, vendors, government agencies and community partners—play a part in strengthening our company.  We rely on the diverse strengths and talents of the entire Compuware team to enhance the personal success of our employees, to foster business opportunities, and to deliver value to our customers.

"Voices" is heard throughout Compuware.  It is central to our goal of hiring the best employees. It guides our supplier diversity program. It inspires our community involvement and corporate philanthropy. It shapes our workplace programs. Compuware's commitment to diversity starts at the top of our organization. Compuware leaders are dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment in which employees are trained to appreciate the many rewarding dimensions of diversity.

Leadership

Compuware Board of Directors

The Compuware Board of Directors is diverse in age, gender and ethnicity.  To underscore the board’s commitment to diversity, it has created the Diversity and Community Relations subcommittee, responsible for formulating strategies for Compuware diversity objectives.  The subcommittee works in partnership with the corporate leaders of human resources, procurement, recruiting and community relations.

Director of Diversity and Community Relations

The Director of Diversity and Community Relations coordinates the overall diversity initiative, with the mission to create, retain and engage a diverse and creative workforce, foster diverse business relationships and develop community partnerships.

Training

Compuware offers a vast array of training opportunities to its employees, including a diversity program emphasizing inclusion.  Managers are required to attend the full-day Managing Inclusion seminar that focuses on how all employees are directly connected to Compuware's organizational strength and competitiveness.   A half-day training, Exploring Inclusion, is offered for non-supervisory employees.
