Community Involvement
Compuware has a robust social responsibility philosophy based on employee involvement, employee giving and corporate contributions.
Compuware encourages and supports employee involvement in worthwhile causes such as Habitat for Humanity, Gleaners Community Foodbank and the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure through its employee volunteer program, the Community Action Network (CAN).
The company conducts an annual charitable giving campaign that allows Compuware employees to easily contribute to worthwhile charities such as United Way, United Negro College Fund and more.
Finally, Compuware also contributes significant dollars to a variety of worthwhile organizations around the world through corporate contributions. While Compuware doesn't release specific financials on this aspect of our giving, the company's contributions as a percentage of earnings are above the national average.
