Types of Support

Compuware Corporation supports organizations aligned with the company’s areas of giving focus through:

  • Project Grants—Compuware will direct specific contributions to fund projects that have identifiable, measurable and reportable goals.
  • Event and Table Sponsorships—Compuware will support events, and purchase tables at such events, that benefit 501(c)(3) organizations.
  • In-kind Donations—Compuware will provide in-kind donations of its space, expertise and resources.
  • Capital Support—on rare occasions, the company will offer capital support for select projects.

In general, Compuware approves such support on an annual basis and does not renew the support automatically unless an organization requests and receives a multiple-year commitment. The company expects recipients of support to provide, at a minimum, annual and measurable reports on the results of Compuware’s support.
