- Drive project planning across functional boundaries, including project scope definition, detailed project scheduling, and project risk assessment
- Collect, analyze and communicate project status, issues, risks, and changes to project stakeholders
- Insure project issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner
- Identify and track project dependencies, including both internal and external dependencies
- Manage project risks throughout the project life cycle, identifying new risks, retiring risks and implementing mitigation plans, contingency plans and workarounds as appropriate.
