How do I join Compuware?
It's easy! First, search for a career opportunity and then choose apply now.

What if I don't have a formal résumé to enter into the form?
You are more than welcome to use our Career Portal to build a summary of your experience for review. A formal résumé may be required later in the process.

Should I send samples of my work (writing, code, designs, etc.) with my résumé?
In some countries we may request work samples if you're selected for an interview. Please do not include samples with your application. However, if you have public copies of your work available for viewing online and wish to share, please include the web-site link on your résumé.

I wanted to apply for a position that I saw here, but now it's not listed. May I still apply?
We regularly post new positions and remove positions that are no longer open or have been filled. It's ideal when you can apply for a specific position. However, you may apply without indicating a specific open position.

I submitted my résumé but haven't heard from Compuware yet. What's the status of my application?
We search our résumé database regularly and then contact the people we'd like to learn more about. Unfortunately, we're not able to make personal contact with everyone who applies, but we'll keep your résumé on file for future opportunities.

How should I dress for the interview?
Compuware's clients vary, so it's always best to put your best foot forward. Dress professionally, but comfortably, for the interview.

How long do you take to make a hiring decision?
Once we've finished interviewing all of the selected candidates and completed references and background checks, we try to make a final decision within a few business days.

I need a work permit to work in the United States. Will Compuware sponsor me?
We regularly offer assistance to eligible workers seeking a TN or H-1B visa (primarily transferring existing visas) and have an in-house legal team to support this initiative. As a U.S.-based company, we also support the Green Card process for those individuals who have longer-term residency goals.

Do I need to complete any pre-employment screening tests to work for Compuware?
Compuware pre-employment screening requirements vary from country to country and by position.  For more information, please contact your local recruiter.
