Administration
Administration is responsible for providing administrative support to the corporation. This includes establishing guidelines and procedures for Compuware's administrative support staff in regards to salary planning, staffing, implementing software standards, career planning and supporting educational initiatives. This also includes working closely with all offices and departments to understand their requirements and objectives regarding administrative support. The mission is to provide consistent, fair and equitable consideration across geographic and departmental boundaries. Global Administration works in close cooperation with all global organizations at Compuware. The divisions within the Administration department include:
