Accounting and Finance
Compuware's Accounting/Finance department is filled with employees who care about each other and are dedicated to the company's success. Through accurate accounting on all financial activities, the Finance/Accounting team:
- Ensures that Compuware is in compliance with all requirements that a publicly-traded company must adhere to, including IRS interaction and SEC reporting
- Provides financial information that management can rely on to help make informed decisions
- Analyzes, then records, all transactions in accordance with policy, principles and accounting standards
- Manages all aspects of the outflow and receipt of cash through: billing, collections, employee compensation, payables and investment/financing activities
- Provides transparency to investors and government agencies.
