How to Apply

Before submitting your resume to Compuware, we encourage you to search our opportunities to find positions that match your experience and interest. Then submit your resume online or by mail or fax. If you are responding to a specific posting, please include the job code.

Your resume should include your name, e-mail address, postal mailing address and phone number. The cover letter should tell us your career and work location preferences. If you do not see a position that interests you now, we encourage you to submit your resume for future consideration.

Resubmitting your resume

If you have already submitted your resume to Compuware for consideration and your skills, experience or contact information has changed, please resubmit your resume.

Your revised resume will be updated in our resume management system for one year which will provide instant access to recruiters nationwide.

Candidate eligibility

Your information will be eligible for review each time a Compuware recruiter has a job opening with requirements that fit your background and interests. Recruiters will contact the candidates whose qualifications best match their available jobs.

The interviewing process

If you are selected for an interview, your initial interview will be a screening interview. The recruiter will assess your skills versus the skills that Compuware is seeking. This interview may be done by phone or in person.

During the interview process, an employee application must be filled out completely, including three business references. The recruiter will then complete reference checks for each candidate.

Once the interviews are complete, the recruiter will let you know the status of your application. If you don't hear from your Compuware recruiter within two weeks, please place a follow-up call.
