To jump start or enhance the use of the Changepoint product within your organization and accelerate the value realized by the solution, a Compuware Solution Specialist will review your processes in areas that have evolved in your organization in order to develop recommendations and action plans for the ongoing use of the Changepoint software. This onsite facilitated workshop will involve your key stakeholders and will include the following:
- review of existing business processes and business rules
- design of new business process maps and compositions where needed
- review of Changepoint system configuration options
- address new functionality requirements
- introduction of new modules and/or added functionality of new releases
- the submission of a detailed written report including recommendations and next steps to ensure a clear path to additional value is outlined and implemented.
