This convenient, state-of-the-art approach drives career development by providing employees IT training, certification preparation and day-to-day performance support—all at their fingertips, and free-of-charge. The program consists of five modules:

• Courseware—Interactive instruction on leading technologies and coverage of more than 50 certification exams from Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, CompTIA and others. Users can polish their business or IT skills, then store the courses they’ve taken in a personal library.
• Simulations—Access to more than 700 interactive computer technologies provides users task-based, multi-path simulation experiences.
• Online Mentors—More than 50 certified mentors are available 24x7 to answer questions concerning certification exams, and to provide technical support assistance. Turnaround response times average one to six hours.
• Prescriptive Assessment—Provides more than 30 TestPrep™ exams, in both an untimed study mode and an "against-the-clock" exam mode, to mimic an actual certification exam. The study mode provides feedback and mapping back to appropriate courses for further study.
• Books 24x7 Referenceware™—A simple keyword search gives users instant access to unabridged content for more than 2,000 books, from more than 80 leading IT publishers. Content is available around the clock, from any location with Internet access.
